3 Rok byggd 2020 hyrs ut omöblerad till slutet av februari. (med möjlighet till förlängning vid misslyckad försäljning).

Inflyttning önskas 1/12-22.
Husdjur går bra men rökning sker på uteplats, där även grillning är godkänt av föreningen. Parkering sker i mån av plats vid närliggande avgiftsbelagda parkeringsplatser.

I Hyran ingår internet, vatten, uppvärmning och el (Såvida inte en överkonsumtion sker).

Närmaste busshållplats är Nybodaskola (Med 812C som går direkt till city) och Bollmoraberg (Med snabb anslutning till Gullmarsplan).

Bostaden har tvättmaskin/Torktumlare.

Closest busstop is Nybodaskola (With 812C who goes directly to City) and Bollmoraberg (With quick connection to Gullmarsplan).
